BOCES Open House ... November 18, 2009

Highway Legends members were invited to be guests at the Jefferson-Lewis BOCES Open House held at the center on outer Arsenal Street On November 18.  Ken Kellogg, auto body instructor at the center used a 1932 five-window Chevy coupe to teach his students "everything from basic mechanical knowledge to advanced paint and body techniques."  He and his vehicle were featured in "Street Rodder" magazine.
