Sponsorship Form for Program
Event Book
Presented by Highway Legends Car, Truck and Bike Club
May 18, 19 and 20, 2012

The area inside the arena is being
reserved for automotive related vendors. These are
larger businesses whose main focus is cars, the car hobby
and related products. Vendors should use this form to
reserve their site spaces and listing in our program event book. Vendor
site spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon
receipt of payment. Indoor displays must be setup by 1:00 PM on
Friday, May 18. Teardown begins on Sunday, May 20 at 3:00 PM and must be
completed by 4:00 PM. The space size is 10'x20'. Please indicate how many spots are required in
your shopping cart and give all requested information. We will be
printing and selling over 500 program event books. Our program
event book will also include a section for coupons that may be clipped
for use at participating businesses. Businesses wishing to include
a coupon may choose that option in the shopping cart. You will be contacted about your specific needs.

program event book will include a section for coupons that may be

We will be printing over 500 books. All business sponsors will receive a 1-year website
link on the Highway Legends website, highwaylegends.us.
Invoices/receipts available upon request. All
ad artwork is due by January 30, 2012. Ad artwork can be emailed
to Cathie MacNeil at cathie@highwaylegends.us.
If you wish to use previous year's ad, please call us and let us know
after checking out.
